Collaborative, Compassionate therapy for individuals & couples
People often pursue therapy when they feel stuck— typical coping strategies are no longer working, relationships are dissatisfying or strained, trauma from the past continues to take a toll. As a licensed psychologist, it is my privilege to collaborate with clients to figure out better ways to live. I believe that much of the healing that takes place in therapy comes from the experience of being in a relationship with someone who listens without judgment, who offers support and validation. In addition to the powerful experience of being in a therapeutic relationship, the process of making meaningful changes in your life may involve developing insight into yourself and the patterns that are keeping you stuck, learning new skills, and/or tapping into the wisdom and strengths you already possess. Whatever tools we decide to use, my goal is to empower you to live a fulfilling life.
